Item is very good but it didn't come with the correct plug

Excellent camera solution. I found the Kandao Meeting Pro when searching for a solution to replace our current conference room camera. The audio and video quality of the Meeting Pro definitely made for a much better experience than we had. The setup was simple and quick. This is a great camera!

Easy connection and setup for all of our users. The size and weight mean that the camera is not confined to the meeting rooms and will go out on the road when needed. It has made a large positive difference in my meeting experience.
